New ATP XXII CLP
On 30 September 2024, the Regulation (EU) 2024/2564 was published, which amends Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 CLP on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures.
The European Commission has updated the list of harmonised classification and labelling entries.
The XXII ATP provides for the inclusion of 27 new substances in Annex VI, the modification of the classification of 16 substances already included, as well as the deletion of some entries.
Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/2564 will enter into force on 20 October 2024 and will apply from 1 May 2026.
